Pedestrian receiving treatment after incident on Northampton pelican crossing
Paramedics are treating a man on a busy road into Northampton after an incident at the pelican crossing.
Currently one lane of Wellington Street is closed at the junction with Lower Mounts while emergency services attend to a man.
A police spokeswoman said the man is believed to have collapsed following a “medical episode” on the junction.
An ambulance crew is currently at the scene alongside police.
