Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in King Street, Kettering, on a busy Saturday lunchtime.

The incident happened between 12.30pm and 1pm on Saturday, October 31.

The victim, a man in his 20s, was approached by a man who threatened him with a pair of scissors.

He then forced the victim into an alleyway and stole cash and a mobile phone.

Witnesses, or anyone with information, are asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
