Northampton massage parlour subject of complaints again after sordid 'reviews' appear online
The leader of the opposition on Northampton Borough Council is now calling for police to take a tougher stance on Massage Northampton, in Kettering Road, after she says she has received numerous complaints about the premises.
It opened in 2008 and claims to be a beautiful "relaxation massage parlour", where its customers are "guaranteed to leave with a smile".

One complainant pointed the Chron and Councillor Stone to a review website called Punternet, which has detailed the sorts of services on offer at the parlour.
One reviewer wrote on Punternet that his massage there "led seamlessly into kissing and intimate touching both ways," before beginning to describe having sexual intercourse with one of the masseuses working there.
Almost all of the reviews left on Punternet are too sordid to repeat and at least four sent to the Chronicle and Echo show supposed customers discussing having sexual intercourse at the premises.

The owner of the premises Elaine Horsley, has always maintained the business is regularly checked by police and has never been shut down.
All its “masseuses” effectively rent space at the parlour and are paid in their earnings.
She was not available for comment yesterday.
Many of those living nearby have also contacted the Chron in a bid to raise their concerns over the business.

Massage Northampton's website is now openly advertising vacancies for "escorts".
A new service offers customers a "blow and go" service, which involves a 10-minute sex act.
Last year owner Elaine Horsley, made no bones about the fact sexual activity can take place there, as it operates above the law through a legal loophole.
