Samantha Turnbull, head of talent resourcing and development, said: “A significant part of our success story is our people.

“In 2015 we initiated our Colleague Engagement Programme, which set out to allow people to have a greater involvement in how we improve the business and culture going forward. We have candidates completing degree courses in Leadership and Finance and training qualifications through our Professional Development Scheme.

“We are also embarking on a significant Leadership Programme across the business, which all our Strategic and Operational Managers will be attending.”

Staysure CEO, Chris Rolland, said: “Across our three UK sites, we employ almost 500 staff dedicated to the over 50s market. The quality of the service we provide is directly tied to employing, training and retaining great people – our investment in this is evident from our customer satisfaction rates, which have increased by 100% in the past six months.
