Motorbike stolen after group of friends assaulted in Northamptonshire town

An 18-year-old had his motorcycle stolen after being robbed while walking with friends.

Police say the teenager parked his yellow Kymco Agility RS 50 in Banbury Road, Brackley, at about 11.10pm on Thursday December 8, when he met with some friends.

They walked along a footpath from Banbury Road towards the park when they were approached by two men.

All three teenagers were assaulted and had items stolen from them, including the 18 year old’s motorcycle key. The motorcycle was then stolen from where it had been parked.

The offenders were two men wearing dark coloured hooded tops, with the hoods up.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.

The motorbike was found in some woodland near to the A422, and officers would also like to speak to anyone who may have seen the bike being taken to that location.
