Man bitten by dog after saying hello to its owner in Northamptonshire village

A man was bitten by a dog after he said hello to the owner as he walked along the street.

The man was walking along Harrington Road in Loddington, near Kettering, at about 8.10am on Friday, November 27, when he passed a woman who was walking her dog.

He said good morning but then the woman’s dog bit him.

The woman then walked away without giving her details to the man.

The dog was a terrier-type which was white with brown patches.
