Three men have been charged with the murder of a 24-year-old Northampton tattoo artist.

Joseph Kent died at Milton Keynes Hospital on Tuesday, January 15, following an incident outside the Xscape building in Milton Keynes in the early hours of Sunday January 13.

Samir Bostan, aged 25, of Wolston Meadow, Middleton, Tariq Bostan, aged 26, of Sarum Road, Luton, and Hamza Noor, aged 22, of Ranelagh Road, Wembley, were charged with murder when they appeared before Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court today.

All three had initially been charged with GBH, but the charges were reviewed by the Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service following Mr Kent’s death and they have now been charged with murder.

At today’s hearing, they were remanded in custody until the next court hearing tomorrow at Luton Crown Court.

Mr Kent, who was married and lived in Milton Keynes, worked at the Lucky 13 tattoo studio in Kingsthorpe.
