Stolen chicken found safe and well
A chicken stolen from a Northampton garden has been found safe and well.
The chicken was one of two taken from the garden of a property in Towcester Road, Far Cotton, on Friday July 10.
A witness saw two people climb over a garden wall and take the two chickens.
One was returned to its owner, but the Weissmuller, which has the same colourings as a pheasant went missing.
The chicken was found safe and well in Delapre Abbey yesterday.
