A Northamptonshire pub is closing its doors on Sunday ahead of a complete refurbishment before re-opening on Saturday July 5.
The Windhover in Chapel Brampton is undergoing a series of internal and external changes, including a refreshed restaurant area and increased outdoors patio space.
A spokesman said: “Upon reopening, guests to The Windhover will be able to take advantage of a new intimate and inviting dining space, with new lighting – perfect for a romantic meal for two or a family gathering.
“There will also be additional outdoors dining space with new garden furniture and heat lamps. The car park will also benefit from improved landscaping work. In addition, guests can continue to expect the great range of cask ales, fine wines and quality fare that they have come to expect at The Windhover.”
Tom Gregory, general manager at The Windhover, said: “Our guests have come to know and love our unique offer here at The Windhover. We’re excited to be bringing new and modern changes to our pub and restaurant areas to complement our great food, great service and great atmosphere.
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming our guests – both old and new – back to The Windhover when it reopens to experience the next stage of its rich history.”
