Laptop computers stolen from house
TWO laptops, two plasma televisions, a DVD player, computer equipment and a large amount of jewellery were stolen from a house in Blackthorn, Northampton. Burglars broke into the house in Crestline Court through a kitchen window between 8pm and 11pm on Saturday.
nA SPEEDING car was trailed by the police support helicopter as it travelled along the M1 motorway in Northamptonshire. The car was eventually stopped by ground units after breaking the limit between junctions 14 and 16, shortly after 1.30am on Monday.
n THIEVES stole a mobile phone and a set of keys from a delivery van parked in a car park behind Iceland in St James, Northampton, between 7am and 8.30am on Saturday.
nYOBS ripped plants out of pots in Brackley Market Square at about 4am on Sunday. Three men, all without shirts, ripped up the plants and threw them across the road.
nA SAMSUNG flatscreen TV, Hewlett Packard laptop, a Packard Bell processor, Tom Tom satnav and a black iPod Nano were among the items stolen between Tuesday, April 29, and Wednesday, April 30, at a home in Hunsbury Green, Northampton.
nA MAN who went missing from the Kingsthorpe area of Northampton on Saturday has been found safe and well. Mark Dilks, aged 21, was found late on Monday night by police in Northampton town centre.
