'Flasher' arrested after exposing himself to 12-year-old schoolgirl
A suspected flasher has been arrested and charged after allegedly indecently exposing himself to a schoolgirl in a Northampton shopping centre.
The 68-year-old is said to have flashed at a 12-year-old girl at about 10am on Saturday, March 6 in Weston Favell Shopping Centre.
Police have appealed for a man and a woman who helped detain the flasher to come forward with information.
