Monday, February 13, 2012 at 07:31 PMDSJ, such is the nature of comments pages, they are not a memorial or tribute. Sadly people do die, it shouldn't stop people talking about things related to that death.

Friday, February 10, 2012 at 11:13 AMHauptsturmführer, probability does not mean something will happen. Accidents could stop all together and the statistics would have to be changed accordingly. It's unlikely to happen though. In the meantime don't worry, there is a much higher probability of you dying from something other than a car accident.

Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 01:49 PMMathematics do not lie. In 20 years we travel 10,000 times from home to work and back. If the probability of an accident is about 0.01% per travel then 10,000 travels increase it to 100%. 100% means the certainty of the event. If the accident has not happend to me it means that someone else had two or more.

Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 04:09 PMHauptsturmführer If you really feel that way, I suggest in future you catch the bus, if you feel that unsafe. Are you really that scared everytime you drive? This sort of timid attitude causes accidents!
