“The first exhibition in the series is a solo show of new paintings by Claire Jarvis, which opens on March 11, 2016 at 6pm.

“Other exhibitions in the project include the third instalment of Boom Bang in spring, a show about DNA to celebrate Francis Crick’s centenary and in autumn an installation by art collective free,” he said.

The support of Arts Council England directly funds NN’s artistic programme.

“This grant and together with NN’s other supporters, The University of Northampton, Northampton Borough Council, Northamptonshire Community Foundation and Northamptonshire County Council, enables NN to develop its creative activities, increase participation and reach new audiences whilst maintaining free admission to its exhibitions and commitment to working with artists at all stages of their careers,” the spokesman added.
