Alternative for Toyah
Singer and actress Toyah Willcox was the star attraction at an exhibition of spiritual healthcare and alternative therapies in Northampton.
She opened the Natural Living Show at the Freemasons' Hall in St George's Avenue on Sunday before answering questions about her passion for complementary medicine.
The busy event included two exhibition halls packed with stalls including clairvoyants, tarot readers, reflexologists and holistic healers, as well as presentations from expert speakers.
Speaking to the Chronicle & Echo, Ms Willcox said: "We live in a stressful society and people increasingly want to know more about natural ways to reduce stress and prevent illness.
"It's not all hocus pocus.
There are qualified doctors and practitioners here and everyone is welcome.
It's about sharing knowledge and being open to new ideas."
