Albanian man arrested on suspicion of trafficking £190,000 or heroin
An Albanian man living in Northampton has been arrested on suspicion of trafficking £190,000 of heroin.
Lulzim Gjergji, aged 25, of Abington, was arrested as he entered Dover docks on January 11.
He will appear before Dover Magistrates Court on Thursday.
