Hospitalised man left with no memory of attack outside Northampton pub

A man was assaulted after leaving a pub in Wellingborough Road, Northampton.

He was walking towards the Fiddler’s pub after leaving The Spread Eagle at just after midnight on Saturday and later woke up at Northampton General Hospital with a broken cheekbone and no memory of the assault.

The 30-year-old victim was dressed in a light-blue hooded top and black Adidas shorts.

Police would like to speak to anybody who was in the area at the time and may have seen the attack.
