Grey-haired man stormed into a Northampton McDonald's drive-thru during road rage attack

An angry motorist followed a woman into a McDonald's drive-thru before hitting her car several times with his fist.

Northamptonshire Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a road rage incident at Sixfields, Northampton, at around midday on Friday, October 21.

A woman was followed into the drive-thru area of McDonald’s by another motorist who got out of his car, approached hers, slammed his hand on the bonnet of her car and shouted abuse at her. After hitting the car with his hand once more he left when staff intervened.

A police spokeswoman described the offender as a white man, in his late 50s, of medium build, with shoulder-length grey hair and glasses.

He was wearing a green gilet over a long-sleeved blue top and jeans. He was driving a black Mazda.
