Kettering’s newest shopping development is set for its official opening this weekend.
The Yards complex in Market Street will be home to a number of independent traders in quirky shops and stalls.
The ribbon will be cut at 11am on Saturday, October 10, with the first 10 customers receiving 10 per cent off at the development for a year.
Attending the opening will be deputy mayor Scott Edwards.
Director Michaela Jones is delighted to finally see her vision come to life.
She said: “We’ve had a great response to what we have taken from an idea and turned into this development.
“I’m so excited to see the place come alive when we open, it’s going to have a real community vibe.
“The retailers are Kettering-based so it’s really unique and there will be lots of competitions at the opening.
“Social media has been our best friend throughout this process, which has taken a lot of work, and I can’t wait for us to open.
“The council have helped us and we’ve had a really positive response so far.”
