Former Northampton boot and shoe factory to be demolished to make way for over 60 homes
Plans have been submitted to build 64 homes on the site of a former boot and shoe factory in Northampton.
The Barker Building on Countess Road off Spencer Bridge Road will play host to 54 apartments and an erection of a new three storey building to provide a further 10 homes.
Bin and cycle storage will also be provided with on-site parking.
