Vote for your Make A Wish favourites
It is that time of year again when hopeful community groups from around the county wait with anticipation to hear if they have been lucky enough to win a share of the thousands of pounds on offer through the Make A Wish campaign.
This time, Northampton-based credit card giant Barclaycard has set aside 30,000 to be distributed to worthy community causes in Northamptonshire.
Run in conjunction with the Chronicle & Echo and the Evening Telegraph, this year's pot of money attracted more than 180 applications.
But this list has been cut down to 14 groups who are now a little closer to achieving their wish.
Although the judges will have the final say on the awards given, a special 3,000 readers' award has been set aside and readers are being asked to vote for the groups they would most like to win by using the form on the right of this feature.
Readers have until November 30 to vote and we will be printing the form regularly in the paper until then. Remember, you can vote as many times as you like.
The awards ceremony will be held on December 13, when the winners will be announced.
Here are the final 14 shortlisted groups and the reasons why they need support from the Make A Wish campaign.
