Engineers to start work on broken traffic lights in Northampton this morning
Northamptonshire County Council has confirmed highways workers will work on malfunctioning traffic lights today.
The junction affected is Mare Fair and Horse Market, with Northamptonshire Police warning drivers to be extra careful near Sol Central.
