Three arrested in Northamptonshire after reports they were carrying a shotgun

Three people have been arrested after reports that they had been seen with what appeared to be a shotgun in Northamptonshire.

Police were called to Rockingham Road in Kettering shortly before 7pm on Tuesday (February 9) and after a thorough search of the area officers arrested three men aged 17, 20 and 30.

They have now all been released on bail pending further inquiries.

An investigation into what happened on Tuesday evening is taking place and police would like to speak to anyone who may have any information regarding it.
