Did you see anything suspicious in Briar Hill area on Friday night and Saturday morning?

Burglars made off with a haul of bank cards, jewellery and electrical iterms after breaking in a house in Northampton over the weekend.

Detectives revealed a side window was smashed in the property in Floribunda Drive, Briar Hill sometime between 6.40pm on Friday night and 8am on Saturday (July 4).

A Northamptonshire Police spokesman said: "A number of items including bank cards, electrical items and jewellery were stolen before the offenders left through a side gate.

"If anyone witnessed this burglary or saw anything suspicious in the area, we would ask them to contact us on 101 using incident number: 20000340589 — or they could call Crimestoppers anonymously by phoning 0800 555 111."
