Police have released an artist's impression of a man they would like to talk to in connection with a burglary in Wootton on February 11.

An artist’s impression of a man wanted in connection with a burglary in Wootton, Northampton has been released by police.

Three men attempted to break into a house in Mortons Bush at 10am on Tuesday, February 11.

They did not manage to get inside the building but witnesses have been able to provide police with descriptions of the men.

All three were white men and about 5ft 9 inches.

The first, who is pictured in the artist’s impression, is aged in his 50s, with a medium to plump build and fair hair. He was wearing a light green padded jacket and a hat.

The second was in his mid-20s, and wore a dark hooded jacket, dark trousers and a bandana or scarf.

The third was also in his mid-20s, and wore a dark hooded jacket, dark trousers and a bandana or scarf.

Police want to speak to anyone who recognises the man pictured or the descriptions of the three offenders in Wootton on February 11.
