A drug dealer from Northamptonshire has been jailed for three years after he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply crack cocaine.
Asher Riviere, aged 25, of Hatton Park Road, Wellingborough, was sentenced at Northampton Crown Court on Thursday for a number of drugs offences.
He was jailed for three years after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, four months concurrent for possession of a cocaine and 12 months concurrent for possession of criminal property, namely cash .
Riviere was arrested after Northamptonshire Police officers discovered a significant drugs supply operation.
Detective Constable Scott Allan, from the organised crime and drugs team, said: “We are very satisfied with the length of the sentence handed down in this case. Drug use has a much wider impact on the community and users commit additional crimes, such as theft and robbery, to fund their habits.
“We are pleased with the outcome of this case and are determined to continue to target those who commit drug crime in our county.”
