Man threatened with gun outside his Northampton home

A man was threatened with a gun by two robbers who approached him outside his home in Northampton.

The incident happened in Swinford Hollow, Little Billing, when two men demanded money.

They threatened him with what looked like a firearm, forced their way into his home and stole a mobile phone and some cash.

The robbery happened on Friday, March 14, between 9am and 9.30am.

One of the robbers is described as white, 6ft, in his 40s with a skinny build, grey hair and stubble. He was wearing dark trousers and trainers, a grey long-sleeved top, and was carrying what looked to be a black gun or pistol.

The other is described as white, 5ft 10in with a big build, in his late 40s, with very short hair and grey stubble. He was wearing a grey hooded top.
