Man denies causing death of Northampton motorcyclist through careless driving
A 27-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to causing the death of a motorcyclist in Northampton through careless driving.
Michael Rennison, of Fairway, Wellingborough, appeared at Northampton Crown Court accused of causing the death of motorcyclist, Kenneth Owens, aged 45, from Duston.
Mr Owens died two days after a collision between his motorcycle and a Renault tipper lorry, which was carrying a load of soil along Danes Camp Way at about 2pm on March 18 last year.
Rennison was released on unconditional bail. The trial will be held in November this year.
