THE officer leading the investigation into the murder case has said there has been a good response following last night’s appeal.

Detective Chief Inspector Mick Graham, said: “We have received a good response following our appeal yesterday. We have a number of leads that we will pursue to establish if any significant detail has come to light.

“While we will be progressing these enquiries, I strongly believe that there are still people out there who have vital information, and we need them to come forward.

“If they are worried about not having come forward before, I would encourage them to think about David’s family and what they have had to go through. They can call us on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
