A former Radio 1 DJ with links to Northamptonshire is the latest celebrity to be arrested as party of Operation Yewtree.
Chris Denning, a former colleague of Jimmy Savile, was part of the original line-up of Radio 1 in 1967.
During the 1980s, he lived in Daventry and ran a successful advertising business in the area.
The 72-year-old was arrested earlier this week under Operation Yewtree on suspicion of sexual offences.
He was detained by Scotland Yard on Monday but was not initially identified.
He was arrested in east London and questioned by Operation Yewtree officers before being released on bail until July.
Denning is the 13th person arrested under Operation Yewtree, the investigation into sexual offences by Savile and others launched last October.
As well as his radio career, he also worked as a music producer for the Beatles, helped launch the careers of the Bay City Rollers and Gary Glitter and ran his own music and video production business.
