Drivers suffered a morning headache after an accident in between Kingsthorpe and Kings Heath caused delays on the roads.
Police say this morning’s accidents in Mill Lane was “minor” but have warned drivers to avoid the area because of heavy delays.
The collision has resulted in both lanes of the road being closed, which is leading to heavy congestion in the area.
A force spokesman said: “Officers are working to clear and re-open the road, however, this is expected to take some time, so motorists should use alternative routes in the meantime.”
