Police are appealing for help to trace a missing four-year-old boy who was links to Northamptonshire.
Suren Stepans was last seen on Merseyside with his parents at his home address in Bridge Street on Sunday, June 29 and has subsequently been reported as missing to police.
Officers understand Suren was seen at an address in Blackburn, Lancashire, on Friday, July 18 but since then he hasn’t been seen.
Suren is still believed to be with his father and mother, Arturs Brezovskis and Maruta Stephans - pictured.
Officers and social services are becoming increasingly concerned for Suren’s welfare and are urging people with information about his whereabouts, or those of his parents, to get in touch.
Suren is described as white, about 3ft 6in tall, of a slight build and with an olive complexion. He has short dark brown straight hair and brown eyes. Suren does not speak English but does speak a limited amount of Latvian.
Suren is believed to have family in the Blackburn area of Lancashire and his family are also believed to have links to Northamptonshire and Lincoln.
