CCTV: Police hunt following two burglaries in Northampton officers believe are linked

CCTV images of people police think may have been involved in two incidents in Northampton have been released.

Four men forced their way into the Northampton County Lawn Tennis Club in Church Way, Weston Favell Village, Northampton on Thursday, November 17 at about 5am.

They left soon after, empty-handed.

Thirty minutes later, the same men are believed to have gone on to break into a house in nearby Graspin Lane.

Property including laptops, iPhones and handbags were taken, most of which was later recovered.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said: “Following the alleged burglary, officers think the offenders got into a green Ford Focus parked round the corner on the High Street. They abandoned it soon after.

“Three men have been arrested in connection with the incidents and have since been released on bail pending further inquiries.

“We are releasing CCTV images of people we think may have information about the two incidents.

“They are four white men in their late twenties or early thirties, wearing tracksuits, face coverings and coats with the hoods up.”
