Broadband provider O2 says the internet access issues affecting customers in Northampton and further afield were fixed by Saturday.
The Chron reported last week that a fire at the JBJ Business Park in Blisworth on September 20 affected customers across the county, and as far afield as Birmingham and Coventry.
O2 re-routed traffic to another site, and said connections had been fully restored by the weekend.
The issues affected home and business customers for more than a week.
Tony Soloman, who runs Manna House, in St Giles Street, told the Chron he had been left with no internet or email, and had to buy a dongle to get back on line.
Mr Soloman said he had also been using his mobile phone and the wi-fi at central library to process orders. His firm uses an internet service provider called HBT, who are based in Coventry.
He was not back online until Sunday.
