Burglar made getaway after being confronted by Northamptonshire homeowner

An offender broke into a house in Northamptonshire, but left when confronted by the homeowner.

The incident happened between 9.30pm and 10.30pm on Tuesday, February 21 at Jacorrin Close in Boughton.

It is believed he got into the house by obtaining a spare set of keys that had been left in the car outside the house.

Nothing is believed to have been taken however the spare keys are still missing.

The offender is described as a white man, of average build and clean shaven.

He had a round, red bruise to the left of his forehead and a Scottish accent.

He was wearing a black top with a white motif on the side chest.
