Bicycles stolen in garage raid in Northampton

Two pedal bikes were stolen from a garage in Northampton during a raid.

A spokesman for Northamptonshire Police said the bicycles, pictured, were taken from Park Avenue North, Abington, between 6pm on Thursday, March 3 and 1.30pm on Friday, March 4.

One is a black Landrover Zamora Discovery with Shimano gears. It is as pictured but also has front and rear reflectors, LED lights, mud guards front and rear, a cycle pump screwed onto the saddle frame and a water bottle screwed and fixed to the bottom cross bar.

There is also a black cycle bell fitted to the handle bars and the bike’s wheels have quick release nuts.

The other is a silver Carrera Vulcan and also has Shimano gears, 16 inch wheels, mud guards, reflectors, lights, a cycle pump and a water bottle fitted.
