A stranger punched two brothers in the head and knocked one of them unconscious during an unprovoked attack in a Northampton late bar.

The teenage brothers were in the smoking area of NB’s in Bridge Street at around 3.40am on Saturday, June 6, when they were approached by the man.

After asking them if they were “ordering drinks,” he punched both brothers in the head, knocking one unconscious.

Following the attack, the brothers were taken to Northampton General Hospital for treatment.

The suspect was white, in his mid 20s, with short dark brown hair and a beard. He was wearing a long sleeve, plain black T-shirt and jeans.
