A woman has died after a three-month fight for life following a car accident in Northamptonshire in June.
The collision took place on Tuesday June 24 in Stoke Albany Road, about a quarter of a mile south of the village of Ashley.

Only one vehicle was involved, a blue Vauxhall Astra, which left the road for what police say are reasons unknown.

At the time the female driver was taken to Walsgrave Hospital.

The front-seat passenger, a 14-year-old boy, was taken to Kettering General Hospital with minor injuries.
