Two major housing developments recommended for refusal

Two major housing developments have been recommended for refusal by Daventry District Council.
The Monksmoor and Church Fields developments, next to Danetre Village, would see more than 10,000 new homes built.

Plans to expand DIRFT at Kilsby, including a new warehouse building, detached two-storey office building, energy centre and vehicle maintenance unit, have been approved, as was a proposal to turn the former Ace Cafe in Dodford into an office.
