Four lifestyle gurus from Northampton took on a challenge when they helped Jade Goody get fit at boot camp, and proved such a success they are going to run the reality TV star's camps.
Carly Wilford and Kris Saville, who run Motiv8me personal training, Tracey Dell, who runs Northampton Colonic Clinic, and hypnotherapist Christian Baker were invited to take part in a two-day trial boot camp where Jade was put through her paces as part of a TV show.

The show will be on television on Monday and the camp was such a success, the team of lifestyle gurus will run the boot camps the former Big Brother contestant wanted to set up, starting in the new year.

Carly said: "The trial was two days of really intense exercise.

"The group was up at 6am and then being made to exercise all the way through the day, but it was broken up with other sessions.

"Jade is a lot fitter than anyone ever gives her credit for. She doesn't whinge, she just gets on with it

"She wants luxury boot camps, stately home-type places where you can be pampered."

The association with Jade came about through colonic irrigationist Tracey Dell, who has treated her in the past and known her for about four years.

Tracey said: "She approached us and said she'd been on a camp and it should have been better.

"She had a one-to-one session with our hypnotherapist Christian and said it was better than at The Priory."

Kris said: "The camps will look after the mind and soul, as well as the body and physical things like what to eat. It gives people choices."

Camps will not start until the new year because of Jade's treatment for cancer.

There is a choice of three camps, an exercise camp, a detox camp and an extreme make-over camp which will include cosmetic treatments such as Botox.

Carly said: "We've been in contact with Jade and sent her our regards.

"We wish her all the best will in the world."

Living With Jade will be on Living TV on Monday at 9pm. To register interest in the camps visit www.jadesbootcamp.com.
