To do this to an animal it should be a lifetime ban from owning any pets!

Sorry but i get extremely f***** off with the law when people are allowed to treat animals this way and get off with a ban and some money to pay!!!! like this bloke really gives a damn about being banned from owning animals, its not like anyone will keep track of this. I am a proud cat owner and treat her like part of the family and the thought of anyone treating any animal this way really grinds my gears!!! the law needs to be alot and i mean alot more tougher!!!! SORT IT OUT
