The A43 north of Northampton, is a absolute death trap!Very poor overtaking opportunities, leads to frustrated drivers taking stupid risks to get past slow-moving traffic! This road desperately needs up-grading to a dual carriageway to link up to the A14. Do it now!

Nice idea Ray, but realistically, look at how long its taken to negotiate the easements for the new strategic water main that runs adjacent to the A43.

If they decided to dual the A43, there's no way it will be started before 2016.

Hear what you are saying Des, but waiting till 2016 would be better than letting this idiotic road layout from claiming more lives !
