Long delays after accidents on major route near Northampton

Rush-hour traffic suffered severe delays this morning due to two accidents on the A45 road near Northampton.
Two lanes were closed between about 8.30am and 9am when two vehicles were involved in an collision westbound between A509 at Great Doddington and Earls Barton Road.

It followed another accident on the westbound A45 when a van and car were involved in a collision on Wilby Way at about 8am.
