Little Chef has changed its Fat Charlie logo so he is now wearing a chef's jacket to reflect the influence of Heston Blumenthal on the food chain's menu.
A Little Chef, just off the A14 at Kettering, will be relaunched this week in the same style as the brand's Popham restaurant which Mr Blumenthal revamped for the Channel 4 series, BIg Chef takes on Little Chef.
The restaurant is one of the first in the country to feature a range of new dishes designed by the Michelin-starred chef.
Up to 16 jobs will be created as a result of the refurbishment which has been filmed for a further episode of Big Chef takes on Little Chef due to be shown in the aut-umn.
