Four are arrested in car chase

Four people were arrested following a police pursuit through Northamptonshire villages early today.
Police were alerted after an alleged burglary at the Church Street Co-op in Moulton. Officers chased a car through Ecton village, Overstone, Sywell, Little Harrowden and Isham before arresting them on the A14 westbound at about 1.30am. A quantity of cigarettes was seized.

The four arrested on suspicion of burglary were two men, aged 20 and 22, and two women, aged 18 and 17. All are from Northampton.
