Fire crews were called out to rescue a cow from the Grand Union Canal near Yelvertoft.
Four fire crews used tow lines and manpower to remove the animal, which got stuck yesterday afternoon.

The fire service also released a driver from his vehicle after two cars were also involved in a collision on the A43 at Hannington just after 5pm yesterday.
