A member of South Northamptonshire Council is to stand down less than 18 months after winning his seat.
Peter O'Leary was elected to represent Grange Park in May 2007, but has decided to resign because of difficulties balancing his work with his council responsibilities.

The council will issue a formal notice confirming the vacant seat and a by-election will be held.
