Accident blocks M1 in Northamptonshire

Two lanes of the M1 in Northamptonshire have been blocked following a collision between a car and a lorry.
The accident happened at about 4pm on the northbound section, just before junction 15 at Collingtree.
The collision has resulted in the inside and middle lanes being blocked.
It is not known at this stage how long the road is likely to be blocked for but motorists are being advised to avoid the area while the vehicles are recovered.
