Five properties left as buyers snap up new homes on Northamptonshire housing estate

There has been an '˜extraordinary response' to a recent release of new homes in Northamptonshire, according to the house builder.

Northampton-based David Wilson Homes has said that during the first weekend of the new homes being on sale at its Lancaster Gardens development, ten homes were reserved by buyers.

It means that just five houses are left for sale at the development in Higham Ferrers which will then mark the end of building in the area.

Jackie Day, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said: “This new release of homes is selling like hot cakes, with 10 sold in the initial weekend alone.

“Just five homes remain to be released for sale at Lancaster Gardens so this is the last chance for buyers to find their perfect new home.

“With such a high rate of popularity we’d encourage anyone interested in the final five homes at this growing community to act quickly to avoid disappointment.”

Lancaster Gardens includes three, four and five bedroom homes.

The remaining homes are a selection of four bedroom properties priced from £326,995.
