Premier League: U-turn Tottenham defender agrees terms to leave

Tottenham's Younes Kaboul is set to undergo a medical at Sunderland tomorrow and complete his major about-turn.
The 22-year-old centre-back, signed for £7m last summer but unable to hold down a place at White Hart Lane, is understood to have agreed personal terms to join Roy Keane's side.

And that marks a dramatic turnaround after his agent insisted he would not be signing for the Wearside club "even if there was an earthquake".

Midfielder Teemu Tainio has already signed from Spurs, while full-back Pascal Chimbonda is set to bolster Keane's defence. Steed Malbranque is the other Spurs player Keane has bid for.
