Southend boss Steve Tilson is backing Doncaster Rovers to win the big Wembley showdown with Leeds United.
The Yorkshire pair meet in the play-off final after Leeds fought back from 2-0 down to win their semi-final against Carlisle, while Southend were crushed 5-1 by Rovers.

Leeds, deducted 15 points at the start of the season, are favourites to win promotion at the first attempt following last season's relegation, but Tilson is backing Rovers.

He said of their crushing defeat on Friday: "They showed why I think they are the best footballing side in this division.

"I would love to see them now go on and get into the Championship."
